摘要
为了提高粮食烘干机的作业性能,创新设计的5HY-50型低温循环粮食烘干机采用顶部横向送粮、均匀撒粮、上段大缓苏、中段多层分散进风干燥与通风缓苏交替进行、底部横向排粮、垂直提粮等循环干燥工艺和结构,风道系统采用压入式进风原理、无网孔屋脊形条形进风槽和排风槽上下交替、左右错位排布,可适用于不同种类的高、低水分粮食产地干燥,为粮食烘干机技术创新提供参考。
In order to improve the operation performance of grain dryers,5HY-50 low-temperature circulating grain dryer was designed.Circulation drying process and structure were employed in the dryer,which were sequenced respectively by top horizontal delivering,evenly throwing,upper long tempering,alternation of drying and tempering with multi-layer dispersing ventilation,bottom horizontal discharging,vertical lifting etc.The ventilation system employed the principle of air blasting,and the inlet trough and outlet through were arranged by up-down alternation and left-right dislocation.The innovative grain dryer was suitable for different types of grains with high or low moisture content,providing a reference for the development of grain drying technique.
