摘要
魔芋是我国种植历史悠久且资源丰富的草本植物,其化学成分种类丰富,主要含葡甘聚糖、淀粉、生物碱、神经酰胺、微量元素、蛋白质,以及多种氮基酸、维生素等成分,通过对魔芋中化学成分的提取进行概述,旨在为今后魔芋产业的开发应用提供理论依据。
Konjac is a kind of herb with a long history and abundant resources in our country,and its chemical composition is abundant,mainly including glucomannan,starch,alkaloid,ceramide,trace elements,protein and a variety of amino acids,vitamin and other components.This paper give an overview of the extraction of chemical components in konjac,and provided a theoretical basis for the development and application of konjac industry later.
