基于系统动力学的移动环境下高校网络舆情应对策略研究

Research on the Coping Strategies of Network Public Opinion in Colleges and Universities under Mobile Environment Based on System Dynamics

移动环境下,高校网络舆情对师生员工们产生了巨大的影响,尤其是在移动通讯高度发达的当代,高校师生几乎人手1部手机,网络舆情对其的影响更是不可忽视。本文通过对移动环境下高校网络舆情相关主体进行分析,建立移动环境下高校网络舆情演化的动力学模型,采用Vensim PLE软件对模型进行仿真分析,仿真结果最终表明提高高校信息公开程度,降低网民的舆情关注度和媒体作用力能够有效提升高校在移动环境下应对网络舆情的效率。

In mobile environment,the network public opinion has a large impact on university students and staffs,especially the mobile communication systems are highly developed nowadays,almost everyone has a mobile phone that the impact of network public opinion is not to be ignored.By analyzing the related subject of network public opinion in universities under mobile environment,this paper constructed a kinetic model for the evolution of network public opinion in universities under mobile environment.Using Vensim PLE software,it then simulated and analyzed the model.The simulation results showed that improving the transparency of universities information,reducing the public opinion of Internet users concerned degree and media force could effectively enhance the efficiency of colleges and universities in responding to network public opinion under mobile environment.
