摘要
非洲几内亚苏阿皮蒂水利枢纽工程挡水建筑物为碾压混凝土重力坝,高温季节混凝土施工需采取"粗骨料一次风冷+粗骨料二次风冷+加冷水拌和"的预冷措施,针对工程运输距离远、气温高等特点,文中对组装式预冷方案和集装箱式预冷方案进行了技术经济比选,方案比选结果优选了设备材料管理方便、设计施工周期短、运行灵活、经济性相对较好的集装箱式预冷方案,对国内水电水利工程混凝土预冷方案的选择具有一定的参考意义。
The water retaining structure of Souapiti hydro-junction in Guinea of Africa is the roller-compacted concrete gravity dam.In the high temperature season,the precooling measures should be taken in the concrete construction,including the coarse aggregate primary air cooling,coarse aggregate second air cooling and the cold water mixing.According to the characteristics of the long transportation distance and the high temperature in this project,the assemble type precooling scheme and the container type precooling scheme are compared from the technical and economic aspects,then the container type precooling scheme is selected,with the convenient management of equipment and material,the short design and construction period,flexible operation,and the better economy,which has certain reference significance for the choice of concrete precooling scheme of hydropower project at home.
