摘要
给出了一种联合收割机液压系统的升级方法。首先进行了对现有联合收割机液压系统常见故障的分析;其次根据联合收割机预期达到的性能要求进行了升级后整体液压系统方案的设计和相关液压元件的选型;最后对联合收割机液压系统的污染度进行控制,对液压元件的加工清洗方法进行了规范。结果表明:升级后的联合收割机液压系统能够有效地避免原有常见故障的发生并且提升了液压系统在工作状态下的稳定性和可靠性。
A method of upgrading the hydraulic system of combine harvester is given.Firstly,the analysis of the common failures of the existing combine harvester hydraulic system is carried out.Secondly,according to the expected performance requirements of the combine harvester,the design of the overall hydraulic system plan and the selection of related hydraulic components are carried out.Finally,the pollution degree of the hydraulic system of combine harvester is controlled,and the method of cleaning the hydraulic components is regulated.The results show that the upgraded combine harvester hydraulic system can effectively avoid the occurrence of common faults and improve the stability and reliability of the hydraulic system under operating conditions.
