摘要
针对现有的机床滑台双联液压泵供油回路不足,对双联液压泵供油回路进行了优化设计。介绍了现有二调速阀在双联液压泵供油回路中工作流程及不足,重点讲解了优化后的串联式调速阀在双联液压泵供油回路原理、组成、特点。最后,以机床滑台双联液压泵供油回路为例,通过PLC和串联式调速阀对滑台双联液压泵供油回路进行优化控制和实验,实验结果表明:PLC和串联式调速阀在双联液压泵回路系统中应用设计合理,能够达到独立调节和节省能源的目的。
In view of the insufficiency of the current supply circuit of the double hydraulic pump of the machine slide table,the optimal design of the oil supply circuit of the double hydraulic pump is carried out.This paper introduces the working flow and deficiency of the existing two speed regulating valve in the supply circuit of the double hydraulic pump,and emphatically explains the principle,composition and characteristics of the optimized series speed regulating valve in the double hydraulic pump oil supply circuit.At last,taking the oil supply circuit of double hydraulic pump of machine tool slide table as an example,the experiment results show that the PLC and the series speed regulating valve can be used in the double hydraulic pump loop system to control the oil supply circuit of the double hydraulic pump of the sliding table by using the PLC and the series type speed regulating valve.
