摘要
为了提高变矩器钎焊工序的工作效率,设计制造自动点铜膏设备。该设备投入使用之后,能够有效保证变矩器泵轮叶片两端铜膏的位置度和重量要求,提高了点铜膏环节的生产效率。
Engineers design and develop a brazing filler metal dispensing machine which can distributes copper solder paste on the pump impeller blades automatically.Application effects indicate that the distributing precision of weight and position is practicable for braze welding.Preparation production efficiency increases significantly with the launch of this technology improvement.
