国华定电循环冷却水阻垢缓蚀实验研究

摘要 对模拟国华定电循环冷却系统补充水进行慢速脱碳实验、静态阻垢实验、腐蚀挂片实验确定了软化剂石灰、絮凝剂氯化铁、助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺及阻垢缓蚀剂的合适加药量。将羟基乙叉二膦酸、马来酸和丙烯酸共聚物、氨基三甲叉膦酸三种阻垢剂复配后使用,钙硬度和全硬度阻垢率均可达90%以上。钼酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为复配缓蚀剂,缓蚀率可达90%以上。对经慢速脱碳处理后的模拟循环水加入合适添加量的阻垢剂后进行浓缩实验,可将浓缩倍率(以电导率计)提高至5.1以上。 To simulate the make-up water of circulating cooling system of Guohua Dingzhou power plant,a series of experiments,namely the slowly decarburization experiment,the static scale and the corrosion inhibition experiment,were carried out to determine the appropriate dosag of the scale inhibitors,the lime which was used as softener,the ferric chloride which was used as flocculant,and the polyacrylamide which was used as coagulant,scale and corrosion inhibitor.The scale inhibiting rate of the compound product of scale inhibitor,(1-hydroxyethylidene)bis-phosphonic acid(HEDP),maleic anhydride and acrylic acid(MA/AA)and amino trimethylene phosphonic acid(ATMPA),can reach up to 90%.Meanwhile,the corrosion inhibiting rate of the compound product of Na2MoO4 and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)can also reach up to 90%.The result of concentration experiment shows that the concentration ratio(by conductivity)is enhanced to 5.1 or even more with the appropriate dosage of scale inhibitor added in the water after the decarburization treatment.
