摘要
新疆风电迅猛发展的同时也出现了若干问题,突出的问题是弃风限电严重制约了新疆风电产业的健康发展。风电供热能够有效提升当地风电消纳。本文从负荷侧来提高风电消纳空间,利用达坂城风区的弃风电量来清洁供热,并着重对增加储热系统的风电供热方式进行了技术经济分析,该方案对于促进风电消纳,减缓弃风限电问题具有积极意义,并将有助于新疆风电产业的健康可持续发展。
Series of obstacles have broken out along with the booming development of wind power industry in Xinjiang autonomous region.The wind power curtailments which have been deemed as one of the puzzles tremendously hindered the sustainable development of wind power in Xinjiang.Actually,the way of wind power heating can effectively enhance the level of local wind power consumption.In this paper,the methodology of wind power heating by way of power load side were developed to increase the availability of power grid which is exemplified by the abandoned wind power generated from Dabancheng wind farm.Particularly,we attempt to make a techno-economic analysis on the heating storage system.The feasibility analysis of wind power heating in Dabancheng indicates that the way of wind power heating plus heating storage system will improve the local operation efficiency of power grid and thus mitigate the impacts arising from the wind power curtailments,which will consequently contributes to the healthy and sustainable development of the wind power industry in Xinjiang.
