摘要
基于DEA-CCR模型构建陆海统筹基础设施投入-产出评价指标体系,利用2008—2014年的面板数据,对钦州陆海统筹发展水平进行分析。结果表明:钦州陆海统筹基础设施建设投入总量的总体趋势是逐年增加,且趋于平稳,钦州陆海统筹基础设施建设投资额在市内固定资产投资额中占有率较大,历年平均所占比重为39.83%;钦州各个年份综合效率值都为1,陆海统筹基础设施经济综合效率明显,钦州陆海统筹发展综合试验区的建设具有现实意义。
The paper puts forward the input and output evaluation index system of land-sea coordination development based on the DEA CCR model,and then analyzes the development level of land-sea coordination development by using panel data from 2008 to 2014 in Qinzhou.The results show that the overall trend of total investment in infrastructure construction and land-sea coordination development is increasing year by year and tends to be stable.The land-sea coordination in infrastructure's investment is relatively large in the investment in fixed assets in the city,accounting for 39.83%.Qinzhou comprehensive efficiency values for each year are 1,economy comprehensive efficiency of the land-sea coordination overall infrastructure is obvious.The construction of comprehensive experimental area about land-sea coordination development has practical significance in Qinzhou.
