循证护理预防小儿全麻术后呼吸系统并发症的效果观察

The effect of evidence based nursing on prevention of respiratory complications after general anaesthesia in children

目的观察循证护理预防小儿全麻术后呼吸系统并发症的效果。方法收集2016-01/2017-01期间安徽医科大学第二附属医院收治的100例小儿全麻患者,采用随机双盲的方法分为2组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,比较2组患者术后呼吸系统并发症的发生率及家长对护理质量的满意情况。结果观察组患者术后呼吸系统并发症几率(6.0%)均明显低于对照组(20.0%)(P﹤0.05)。结论循证护理能有效减少小儿全麻术后呼吸系统并发症的发生,提高临床护理质量。

Objective To examine the effect of evidence based nursing on prevention of respiratory complications after general anaesthesia in children.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,100 children who underwent general anaesthesia were randomised into study group and control group.50 children were allocated to each group.The study group received evidence based nursing care and the control group received routine nursing care.Respiratory complications and parents satisfaction were compared from two groups.Results The incidence of respiratory complications was significantly lower in study group(6%)than in control group(20%),P<0.05.Conclusion Evidence based nursing reduces respiratory complications after general anaesthesia in children and improves quality of nursing care.
