科技型企业融资增信问题破解

Breakthrough in financing and Credit Increasing for Scientific and Technological Enterprises

目前,我国科技型中小企业普遍存在融资问题,本文尝试对标准与科技型中小企业融资增信的关系进行情景分析,认为标准是破解科技型中小企业融资增信的重要工具。同时,通过成都高新区相关探索,对标准与融资增信的关系,所取得的成效、经验和相关问题进行分析,并提出相应对策建议。

Based on comprehensive analysis of scientific and technological small and medium enterprises(SMEs)financing problems,this article tries to solve this financing and credit increasing problems through the standardization methodology,which is a very important tool to improve the scientific and technologic type SMEs’financing and credit increasing based on the scenario analysis of the relationship between the standards and them.Meanwhile,trough confirming the relationship by researching the Chengdu high-tech district experience,especially discussing the problems that Chengdu high-tech district faces during the spread of their financing and credit increasing experience,this article also gives some corresponding policy suggestions.
