广东省5地级市公务员慢性病防治素养调查分析

Status of health literacy for chronic disease prevention and treatment among the civil servants in 5 prefectural cities in Guangdong

目的了解广东省惠州、江门等5地级市公务员慢性病防治素养现状及影响因素,为开展公务员健康促进和教育活动提供理论依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样抽取广东省5个地级市的2137名公务员,采用全国健康素养监测问卷中的慢性病防治素养部分制成问卷进行调查。结果广东省公务员慢性病防治素养水平为25.6%,公务员慢性病防治素养水平随年龄增减而降低,本科文化程度和工作年限小于5年公务员慢性病防治素养水平最高(28.5%和32.6%)。不同BMI值公务员中,体重正常公务员慢性病防治素养最高(27.4%),肥胖公务员慢性病防治素养最低(14.5%)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,体重正常(BMI=18.5～23.9kg/m^2)为公务员慢性病防治素养的保护因素(OR=0.501,95%CI:0.252～0.997)。结论广东省公务员慢性病防治素养水平较低,应以创建健康促进机关为着力点,大力开展公务员慢性病防治健康教育工作,提高其慢性病防治素养水平和自我保健能力。

Objective To explore the status of health literacy for chronic disease prevention and treatment among the civil servants in Guangdong Province and provide evidence for targeted intervention measures.Methods 2137 civil serv-ants from 5 city in Guangdong Province selected through multi-stage random sampling are investigated by health literacy for chronic disease prevention and treatment questionnaire which is part of the health literacy monitor questionnaire.Results The health literacy for chronic disease prevention and treatment among the civil servants in Guangdong Province is 25.6%,the health literacy for chronic disease prevention and treatment is increased with the decreasing of age,the undergraduate ed-ucation level and less than 5 years of work experiencecivil servants own the highest health literacy for chronic disease preven-tion and treatment(28.5%and 32.6%).In different BMI values of civil servants,normal weight civil servants own the highest health literacy for chronic disease prevention and treatment(27.4%),obese civil servants own only 14.5%.Mul-tiple factor logistic regression analysis showed that the health literacy for chronic disease prevention and treatment protective factor was normal weight(BMI=18.5-23.9 kg/m2)(0/?=0.501,95%Cl:0.252-0.997).Conclusion The health literacy for chronic disease prevention and treatment of civil servants is low.Health education on civil servants must be devel-oped based on the foundation of health promotion government agencies to improve their health literacy for chronic disease pre-vention and treatment.
