摘要
随着工业技术的飞速发展,电子自动化技术也越来越成熟,各种各样的电子产品被设计发明应用于不同的场合。生活中无处不存在着电子控制产品,但是电子产品由于其自身的因素,在使用一段时间过后,可靠性会逐渐降低最后失效,造成一定的经济损失。在一些要求不高的场合可能并不能显示其危害性,但是在一些重要的场合上,不乏存在的一些由于某一个部件的失效而导致的整个系统失效,造成巨大的经济损失。基于这种情况下,设计了一种新型切换开关系统,利用冗余备份的原理,大大地提高系统的可靠性,最后利用实验及MATLAB仿真验证该方案对系统的可靠性具有很好的提升效果。
With the rapid development of industrial technology,electronic automation technology is becoming more and more mature,and all kinds of electronic products have been designed and applied to different occasions.Electronic control products exist everywhere in life,but because of their own reliability,electronic products gradually reduce the final failure after a period of use,resulting in some economic loss.In some cases that are not very demanding,it may not be able to show its harmfulness,but on some important occasions,there are always some failures due to the failure of one component,resulting in huge economic losses.Based on this situation,a new switching system is designed,which improves the reliability of the system greatly by the principle of redundant backup,Finally,the experiment and MATLAB simulation verify that the scheme has a good effect on the reliability of the system.
