基于LABVIEW的煤岩声发射定位软件设计

摘要 针对煤矿井下的噪声信号,严重干扰煤岩声发射信号,从而出现时延估计和声源定位精度低等问题。该文设计了基于Lab VIEW的煤岩声发射定位软件,具有实时信号采集、小波阈值去噪、时延估计、声源定位等功能。实验室环境下,在500mm*120mm*200mm的大理石上,采集声发射信号,定位平均误差小于20mm。 In view of the noise signals in the coal mine,the coal-rock acoustic emissi-on signals are seriously disturbed,and the problems of time delay estimation and sound source positioning appear.In this paper,a software for coal-rock acoustic emission positioning based on LabVIEW is designed,which has the functions of real-time signal acquisition,wavelet threshold denoising,time delay estimation and sound source positioning.In the laboratory environment,acoustic emission signals are collected on the marble of 500mm*120mm*200mm,with an average error of less than 20mm.
