摘要
该文基于ADS设计了一款可供C波段接收机使用的宽带低噪声放大器,并给出了仿真测试数据。本放大器使用安捷伦公司的ATF-36163Ga As工艺晶体管。通过设计放大器的偏置电路,输入匹配电路,输出匹配电路,使其在4-8GHz的频率范围内实现了噪声系数低于0.7d B,增益大于10d B,增益平坦度小于2d B且回波损耗低于-10d B。
A broadband low noise amplifier for C band receiver is designed by ADS in this paper,and the simulation and test data were presented.This amplifier uses the ATF-36163GaAs process transistor by Agilent.By designing the bias circuit of the amplifier,the input matching circuit and the output matching circuit so that the noise coefficient is less than 0.7dB in the frequency range of 4-8GHz,the gain is greater than 10dB,the gain flatness is less than 2dB and the return loss is less than-10dB.
