社会体育组织经营与管理对策

Organization and Management of Social Sports

采用文献资料法和实地调查法,探讨我国社会体育发展的现状。在此基础上发现其中存在的一些问题,并对这些问题的原因进行分析。建议从转变基层体育经营管理体制、强化基层体育组织的指导、完善社会体育基层服务制度、加强社会体育资源管理等方面,进一步完善社会体育的组织经营与管理,发展好我国的社会体育事业。

By using the method of literature and field investigation,this paper discusses the present situation of social sports in our country,finds out the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of those problems.It is suggested that several aspects should be highly emphasized,including changing the management system of grass-roots sports,strengthening the guidance for grass-roots sports organizations,perfecting the social sports grass-roots service system,and improving the management of social sports resources.
