摘要
为了提高草甘膦废水中高浓度有机磷的去除效果,实验考察了Fenton氧化法处理草甘膦含磷废水工艺参数。实验结果表明:当反应温度为40℃、多次投加H_2O_2总量为5.0 mL/L、废水pH为3.0的条件下处理40 min时的总磷去除效果较佳。针对新的工艺参数和目前反应装置存在的问题,设计开发了连续Fenton反应器,改进了处理工艺。工业化运行结果表明,新工艺处理效果明显优于未改进的处理工艺,运行效果稳定,总磷去除率从原来的80%左右提高到98%。
In order to improve the removal efficiency of organic phosphorus in high concentration of glyphosate wastewater,the process parameters of Fenton oxidation treatment of wastewater containing glyphosate phosphorus were investigated.The experimental results showed that when the reaction temperature was 40°C,the total H2O2 dosage was 100 mL/L and the pH of the wastewater was 3.0,the total phosphorus removal effect appeared to be better.For the new process parameters and the current existing problems in the reaction device,a continuous Fenton reactor was designed and developed to improve the treatment process.The industrialized operation results showed that the new process treatment effect was significantly better than the unimproved treatment process,the operation effect was stable,and the total phosphorus removal ratio was increased from about 80%to 98%.
