血栓通联合丁苯酞软胶囊对脑梗死急性期患者心电及神经功能的影响

Effect of Xueshuantong Combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules on the ECG and Nerve Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨血栓通联合丁苯酞软胶囊对脑梗死急性期患者心电及神经功能的影响。方法选择2015年1月—2016年1月海口市第三人民医院所接诊的90例急性脑梗死患者,运用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。给予对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加上血栓通联合丁苯酞软胶囊。观察两组治疗前后神经受损及生活依赖程度,治疗后心电图异常表达及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组[(2.26±0.51)比(3.67±0.74)],Barthel指数高于对照组[(84.57±15.23)比(76.64±14.13)],心电图异常发生率低于对照组[4.44%%(2/45)比17.75%%(8/45)],总有效率高于对照组[95.56%(43/45)比80.00%(36/45)],两组间各结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死急性期患者中给予血栓通联合丁苯酞软胶囊的治疗效果优异,可有效促进神经功能的恢复,心电正常,值得应用推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xueshuantong plus Butylphthalide Soft Capsules on the ECG and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 90 cases of acute cerebral infarction from January 2015 to January 2016 in the third people's Hospital of Haikou were divided into observation group and control group randomly,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,the observation group was given Xueshuantong plus Butylphthalide Soft Capsules more.Nerve damage and the degree of dependence on life in two groups were observed before and after treatment.ECG abnormal expression and clinical curative effect were detected after treatment.Results After treatment,the NIHSS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group[(2.26±0.51)vs(3.67±0.74)].Barthel index in observation group was higher than those in control group[(84.57±15.23)vs(76.64±14.13)].The incidence rate of abnormal ECG in observation group was lower than that in control group[4.44%%(2/45)vs 17.75%%(8/45)].The total efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group[95.56%(43/45)vs 80.00%(36/45)],with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In acute period of cerebral infarction,Xueshuantong plus Butylphthalide Soft Capsule is of excellent treatment effect.It can effectively promote the recovery of neural function,normality of ECG and is worth popularization and application.
