基于拉曼光谱技术的尿液结晶鉴别及分型的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的肾脏疾病是一个全球化的问题,结晶是泌尿系统结石和肾损伤的重要诊断指标之一。因此,本研究基于拉曼光谱技术对尿液结晶鉴别及分型,用于泌尿系统结石及肾脏损伤的诊断。方法采用拉曼光谱仪分别对胆固醇结晶、胱氨酸结晶及尿酸结晶的标准品进行测试。选取陆军军医大学附属新桥医院检验科门诊患者100例,分别筛选含胆固醇结晶、胱氨酸结晶及尿酸结晶的尿液,分别行拉曼光谱测试。将有胆固醇结晶、胱氨酸结晶及尿酸结晶的尿液混合,进行拉曼光谱测试。结果获得了标准品结晶拉曼特征峰,尿液结晶拉曼特征峰,尿液混合结晶拉曼混合特征峰,并可通过与标准品特征峰比对,得到结晶鉴别及分型。结论拉曼光谱技术用于尿液结晶鉴别及分型,可作为诊断泌尿系统结石和肾损伤的新方法。 Objective Kidney disease is a global health problem.Crystal is an important diagnosis of urinary tract calculi and renal damage indicator.This study based on Raman spectroscopy of urine crystallization differentiation and classification,which can be used in the diagnosis of urinary tract calculi and renal damage.Methods Using with Raman spectrometer of cholesterol crystal,cystine crystal and uric acid crystal standard for testing.Then,respectively screening of cholesterol crystals,cystine crystal and uric acid crystal from the outpatient in Department of Clinical Laboratory,Army Medical University,Xinqiao Hospital,that line by Raman spectroscopy test respectively.Finally,mix the cholesterol crystal,cystine crystal and uric acid crystal from the outpatients for Raman spectroscopy testing.Results Obtained the crystal standard Raman characteristic peaks,urine crystal Raman characteristics peaks,mixed urine crystal Raman characteristic peaks,and identify and classify the urine crystal with the standard characteristic peaks.Conclusion Raman spectroscopy technology can be used in urine crystal differentiation and classification,which as a new method for diagnosis of urinary tract calculi and renal damage.
