锁定钢板内固定治疗对复杂胫骨平台骨折患者临床疗效、骨折愈合时间及生存质量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗对复杂胫骨平台骨折患者临床疗效、骨折愈合时间及生存质量的影响。方法选取贵州省都匀市人民医院100例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者,随机分成两组,各50例。对照组患者使用常规治疗方式,观察组患者使用锁定钢板内固定治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、骨折愈合时间及生存质量。结果观察组患者经过锁定钢板内固定治疗治疗后,其临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的骨折恢复时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生存质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折患者时,使用锁定钢板内固定治疗措施,可提高患者康复时间,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To discuss clinical effects of locking plate fixation on fracture healing time and quality of life of patients with complex tibial plateau fracture.Methods 100 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture in The people's hospital of guizhou province were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.50 cases in each group.Control group received conventional treatment.Observation group was given locking plate fixation treatment.Clinical effects,fracture healing time and quality of life in two groups were compared.Results Clinical effects in observation group performed better than those in control group(P<0.05).Fracture healing time in observation group was obviously less than that in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in observation group was obviously better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In treating complex tibial plateau fracture,locking plate fixation can shorten recovery time and improve quality of life for patients,which is worthy of clinical expansion and application.
