宫腹腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗不孕症的临床疗效

Efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treatment of infertility

目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取2015年12月—2016年8月于凉山彝族自治州中西医结合医院接受治疗的82例不孕症患者,按照入院先后分为试验组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予宫腔镜治疗,试验组给予宫腹腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗。比较两组患者输卵管通畅情况、妊娠率、并发症发生率和满意度。结果试验组输卵管通畅率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组妊娠率高于对照组、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗不孕症的临床疗效显著,并发症较少,患者较满意。

Objective To study efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treatment of infertility.Methods A total of 82 cases of infertility patients in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from December 2015 to August 2016,in accordance with the admission they were divided into experimention group and control group,with 41 cases in each group,the control group were treated with hysteroscopy,the experimention group were treated with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy.The tubal patency,pregnancy rate,incidence of complications and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The tubal patency of experimention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of experimention group was higher than the control group,but incidence of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of experimentaion group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treatment of infertility have significantly curative effect,fewer complications,patients are satisfied.
