保留子宫全盆底重建术对患者盆底功能恢复和生活质量的改善作用探讨

Investigation of Improvement Role of Reservation Uterus of Total Pelvic Floor Reconstruction in Pelvic Floor Function Recovery and Quality of Life

目的探讨保留子宫全盆底重建术对患者盆底功能恢复和生活质量的改善作用。方法选取宁波市妇女儿童医院2014年5月—2016年5月收治的盆底功能障碍性疾病患者80例,随机将其分为保留子宫组和切除子宫组,各40例,对两组患者的盆底功能恢复和生活质量进行统计分析。结果保留子宫组手术时间、保留尿管时间、住院时间均显著短于切除子宫组(P<0.05),术中出血量显著少于切除子宫组(P<0.05),PFDI-20评分、PFIQ-7评分均显著低于切除子宫组(P<0.05),PISQ-12评分显著高于切除子宫组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率15.0%(6/40)显著低于切除子宫组25.0%(10/40)(P<0.05)。结论保留子宫全盆底重建术能够有效改善患者的盆底功能恢复和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the improvement role of reservation uterus with total pelvic floor reconstruction in pelvic floor function recovery and quality of life.Methods 80 cases of pelvic floor dysfunction in Ningbo Women and Children Hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into reservation uterus group and retain uterus group,40 cases in each group.The pelvic floor functional recovery and quality of life of two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The operation time,Preserved catheter time,hospitalization time in reservation uterus group were significantly shorter(P<0.05)and the amount of bleeding was significantly less(P<0.05).The PFDI-20 scores and PFIQ-7 scores in reservation uterus group were significantly lower(P<0.05)and the PISQ-12 scores was significantly higher(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 15%(6/40),which was significantly lower than 25%(10/40)in the retain uterus group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reservation uterus of total pelvic floor reconstruction can effectively improve pelvic floor function recovery and quality of life.
