孟鲁司特应用于支气管哮喘患儿对其肺功能及对IgE、TNF-α的影响研究

Effect of Montelukast on Pulmonary Function, Ige And TNF-Α in Children With Bronchial Asthma

目的研究并探讨孟鲁司特应用于支气管哮喘患儿中的临床效果及对其肺功能、IgE、TNF-α的影响。方法于2014年1月—2017年1月期间,将内蒙古自治区赤峰学院附属医院儿科收治的100例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、肺通气功能、血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的咳嗽、咳痰、气促、哮鸣音等症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后的一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC%)等肺通气功能指标均较治疗前明显增高(P<0.05),而在治疗后,观察组的肺通气功能指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后的血清IgE、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),而在治疗后组间比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘患儿进行治疗,具有显著的临床疗效,可有效促进患者症状缓解,改善其肺通气功能,还能有效抑制患者的气道炎症反应和变态反应。

Objective To research and discuss effects of montelukast on bronchial asthma and lung function,IgE,TNF alpha in children.Methods 100 cases of pediatric bronchial asthma from January 2014 to January 2017 in Chifeng University Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Control group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy.Observation group received montelukast more.Clinical curative effects,relieve symptoms,pulmonary ventilation function,serum IgE,TNF alpha were compared in two groups.Results The total efficiency in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Cough,sputum,symptoms such as breathlessness and wheezing sound time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).FEV1,FEV1/FVC%lung ventilation function indexes in two groups were better after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of lung ventilation in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgE and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of IgE and TNF-αin observation group was lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast has significant clinical efficacy.It can not only effectively promote the symptoms of patients to improve their lung ventilation function,but also can effectively inhibit the airway inflammation and allergic reactions.
