肾上腺错构瘤的诊断和治疗(附4例报告)

Diagnosis and Treatment of Adrenal Hamartoma(a Report of 4 Cases)

目的提高对肾上腺错构瘤的认识及诊疗水平。方法报告4例肾上腺错构瘤,并结合文献复习就其诊疗问题予以讨论。结果施行肾上腺错构瘤切除术的患者术后随访1—4年,阵发性高血压及腰痛等相关症状消失,内分泌激素检查结果恢复正常。结论肾上腺错构瘤是一种极其罕见的间叶瘤,结合CT可作出较为准确的术前诊断,但确诊依赖于病理学检查。治疗方法根据患者的病情、症状、激素检查、病变大小可做综合考虑而决定是否手术。

Objective To raise awareness and levels of diagnosis and treatment of adrenal hamartoma.Methods 4 cases of adrenal hamartoma and literature review were reported to discuss diagnosis and treatment.Results The patients were followed up for 1-4 years,related symptoms like paroxysmal hypertension and back pain were disappeared.Hormone examination results of endocrine returned normal.Conclusion Adrenal hamartoma is a rare tumor of the leaf.CT can make accurate diagnosis before operation,but the diagnosis depends on pathological examination.A comprehensive consideration is required to decide whether the surgery is needed based on the patient's condition,symptoms,hormone examination and lesion size.
