Expert Seminar on the Supporting Effect of the Medical Alliance on Community Health Services

本文组织多位社区卫生服务管理者就上海市静安区医联体对社区卫生的辐射支撑进行了主题研讨。张少觐副主任介绍了静安区医联体模式及特色;陈文锋科长从四个方面阐述了医联体对社区卫生的辐射支撑作用;罗维主任总结了医联体在社区慢性病管理中的作用并提出了改进建议;沈宇峰主任介绍了"糖尿病三二一项目"的效果;程丽森主任介绍了华东医院-静安区康复医联体模式的特色;彭德荣主任介绍了"静安家庭医生APP"签约模式及效果;曹文群主任思考了"上联下达"医联体模式持续推进的措施;陶海琦主任阐述了社区卫生服务中心与医联体内二、三级医院的深度合作情况并提出了改善建议;杨曼瑾主任认为医联体平台对全科医生能力提升起到了很大的促进作用;袁旻健主任总结了医联体中的六大中心对社区卫生服务的支撑作用。希望本文针对医联体对社区卫生的辐射支撑作用的主题研讨,能为促进我国其他地区的医联体建设提供借鉴。

This article introduced the expert seminar about the supporting effect of the medical alliance on community health services among a number of managers who are in charge of community health services in Jing'an district of Shanghai.Zhang Shaojin,the deputy director of Shanghai Jing'an District Health and Family Planning Commission,introduced the mode and characteristics of the medical alliance.Chen Wenfeng,the section chief of Medical Administration Sector,explained the supporting effect of the medical alliance from four aspects.Luo Wei,the director of Linfen community health service center,summarized the effect of the medical alliance on the management of chronic disease in communities and made recommendations for its improvement.Shen Yufeng,the director of Caojiadu community health service center,introduced the effect of“Diabetes Three Two One Project”.Cheng Lisen,the director of Baoshan community health service center,introduced the characteristics of Huadong Hospital-Jing'an District Rehabilitation Medical Alliance.Peng Derong,the director of Pengpuxincun community health service center,introduced the signing mode of“Family Doctors in Jing'an District”APP and its effect.Cao Wenqun,the director of Jing'ansi community health service center,gave measures for the continuous improvement of the“Joint Communication”mode of the medical alliance.Tao Haiqi,the director of Pengpu community health service center,elaborated the in-depth cooperation between the community health service center and the second level and third level hospitals in the medical alliance and put forward some suggestions.Yang Manjin,the director of Daning community health service center,believed that the medical alliance had played a significant role in promoting the ability of general practitioners.Yuan Minjian,the director of Jiangning community health service center,summarized the supporting effect of six centers on community health services in the medical alliance.Based on these information,this paper aims to provide the reference for the promotion of the medical alliance in other areas of China.
