Balint Group Theory and Community Practice

目的通过巴林特小组相关理论的介绍,结合在社区开展的小组活动,探索全科医生职业发展中医患关系的处理方法。方法介绍2例在社区开展巴林特小组活动过程展示,通过案例报告、案例澄清、案例讨论、案例提供者反馈、回访5个阶段的过程展示了巴林特小组工作过程。结果通过小组活动案例提供者感受到了不良情绪的释放,从他人的讨论中学会了从其他角度看到自己面临的医患关系,从而发现处理问题的新角度。结论巴林特小组活动可以帮助参与者完善职业发展,处理医患关系。

Objective To explore the gp career development in the processing method of the doctor-patient relationship through balint groups related theory and the community activities.Methods This article tells 2 cases in the community in the balint groups activity process.Five stages of case reports,case clarifily,case discussion,case provider feedback,review the process showed the balint groups working process.Results Through group activities,patients released bad mood.We had learned from others'discussion from a different angle to see the doctor-patient relationship and found new ways to handle the problem.Conclusion Balint groups can help the participants to improve career development and to deal with the doctor-patient relationship.
