细节护理在医院消毒供应室中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application of Detail Nursing in the Hospital Disinfection Supply room

目的探讨细节护理在医院消毒供应室中的应用效果。方法将荆州市中医医院2015年2月—2016年1月医院消毒供应室实施传统护理管理作为A组,2016年2月—2017年1月医院消毒供应室实施细节护理作为B组。观察并统计两组的工作差错率、消毒供应室的消毒质量评分(包装质量、消毒质量、供给及时率、收回及时率)及护理满意度。结果 B组工作差错率低于A组(P<0.05)。B组包装质量评分、消毒质量评分、供给及时率评分、收回及时率评分均高于A组(P<0.05)。B组护理满意度高于A组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理在医院消毒供应室中的应用效果显著,可提高消毒供应室的消毒质量,降低工作差错率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the application of detail nursing in hospital disinfection supply room.Methods The traditional nursing management in the hospital disinfection supply room of Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2015 to January 2016 was as the A group.The February 2016 to January 2017 hospital implemented the details nursing as the B group.The working error rate of two groups,the quality of disinfection supply room(quality of packaging,disinfection quality,timely supply rate,timely recovery rate)and nursing satisfaction were observed and statistically analyzed.Results The working error rate of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05);quality of packaging score,disinfection quality score,timely supply rate score,timely recovery rate score of group B were higher than those of group A(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of detailed nursing in the hospital disinfection supply room is remarkable,can improve the overall disinfection of the disinfection supply room quality,reduce the working error rate,and improve the work of nursing satisfaction.
