糖尿病患者自我护理能力评估及护理干预探讨

Evaluation of Self-Nursing Ability in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Nursing Intervention Study

目的评估糖尿病患者自我护理能力并对护理干预措施进行探讨。方法选择118例糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)对患者自我护理能力进行评估分析。根据护理方式的不同将118例患者分为对照组与观察组,各59例。两组患者均接受常规护理,观察组患者接受旨在提高自我护理能力的相关护理措施,比较护理干预后两组自我护理能力及病情控制情况的差别。结果全组患者ESCA自我概念、自护责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平及总分分别为(20.44±5.32)、(25.67±3.60)、(19.07±3.30)、(19.73±3.20)及(85.86±4.47)分;观察组患者护理干预后3个月空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理干预后ESCA各维度评分及总分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者自我护理能力相对不足,给予系统的护理干预措施可提高患者自我护理能力,有利于更加理想地控制血糖。

Objective To evaluate the self-nursing ability in patients with diabetes and to explore the mellitus nursing.Methods 118 cases of diabetes mellitus were selected as research subjects.ESCA scale was used to evaluate the self-nursing ability.118 cases were randomly divided into control group and experience group.The two groups received routine nursing.Experience group was given comprehensive nursing in order to improving self-nursing ability.The differences of self-nursing ability after intervention and disease condition between two groups were compared.Results Self-concept,self responsibility,self care skill,health knowledge and total scores of ESCA scales were(20.44±5.32),(25.67±3.60),(19.07±3.30),(19.73±3.20)and(85.86±4.47)respectively.Fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin 3 months after nursing intervention in experience group were superior to control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,each dimension of ESCA scales and total scores in experience group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-nursing ability in patients with diabetes mellitus is relative shortage.Comprehensive nursing can improve the self-nursing ability and be benefit for controlling blood sugar.
