综合康复护理干预对大面积烧伤患者的生活质量的影响研究

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Large Area Burn

目的探讨综合康复护理干预对大面积烧伤患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2016年10月收治的66例大面积烧伤患者,随机分为两组,每组33例。观察组采取综合康复护理,对照组采取基础护理。对两组患者烧伤健康专用量表(BSHS-A)中各维度评分、住院时间及疾病康复时间进行比较。结果观察组患者护理后BSHS-A各维度评分、住院时间、疾病康复时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理干预可有效提高大面积烧伤患者的生活质量,效果理想。

Objective To study the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with large area burn.Methods 66 cases of large area burn patients from January 2014 to October 2016.Randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in each group.The observation group was taked comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,control group was taked basic nursing.The two groups of patients BSHS-A scale of each dimension score,hospitalization times and disease recovery time were compared.Results The observation group of patients after nursing BSHS-A scale of each dimension score,hospitalization times,disease data recovery time were superior to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with large area burn,the effect is ideal.
