《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》指导社区医院静脉输液的探讨

Discussion on the Instruction of Intravenous Care Techniques for Guiding Intravenous Infusion in Community Hospitals

随着医药分开综合医疗改革的深入开展,分级诊疗制度的落实,前往社区医院就医的人数增多,静脉输液患者相应增加,社区医院静脉输液规范的重要性越趋显现。本文以《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》为指导,结合社区实际需求,从基本要求、操作程序、并发症的处理、职业防护、小结与展望五个方面进行了归纳,旨在指导社区护士为患者安全输液提供相应的参考依据。

With the separation of medicine and pharmaceuticals,the comprehensive medical reform has been carried out in depth.The number of people going to community hospitals is increasing.Intravenous infusion patients increased accordingly.Intravenous infusion in community hospitals is becoming more and more important.This article is guided by the operation standard of nursing technique for intravenous treatment.Combined with the actual needs of the community,it is summarized from 4 aspects:basic requirements,operation procedures,treatment of complications and occupational protection.The purpose of this study is to instruct community nurses to provide reference for safe transfusion for patients.
