早期康复护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨早期康复护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中的影响。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月达州市中心医院收治的68例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(34例)和观察组(34例),对照组患者采用常规康复护理干预,观察组采用早期康复护理干预,分析对比应用效果及影响。结果组内比较,干预后患者依从性、心理状态、生活质量较治疗前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,干预前两组患者各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率(94.1%)优于对照组(82.4%,P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者的治疗过程中,能够有效提升患者的治疗依从性,促进患者快速恢复,提升护理满意度。

Objective Objective to explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on acute ischemic stroke.Method Early rehabilitation nursing;acute ischemic stroke;effect analysis from February 2016 to 68 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients in our hospital during February 2017 as the research object,according to randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group were treated by routine nursing,observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention,comparative analysis and application effect.Result With the comparison between the two groups after the intervention,the indicators were significantly improved;the comparison between the two groups,two groups had no significant difference before the intervention,the intervention of the patients in the observation group was better than the control group;nursing satisfaction comparison,observation group total satisfaction overall satisfaction rate of 94.1%was significantly better than the control group(82.4%,P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention should be used in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke,can effectively improve the patient's compliance,and promote rapid recovery of patients,improve nursing satisfaction.
