西医结合苏黄止咳汤治疗过敏性咳嗽的疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Western Medicine Plus Suhuangzhike Decoction with Allergic Cough

目的探讨西医结合苏黄止咳汤治疗过敏性咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年10月紫阳街道社区卫生服务中心全科门诊确诊的过敏性咳嗽病例182例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各91例。对照组采用西医抗感染、止咳平喘、降低气道高反应性治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用了苏黄止咳汤治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率(93.4%)显著高于对照组(76.9%),两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率(5.0%)比对照组(17.1%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医结合苏黄止咳汤治疗过敏性咳嗽的疗效显著且复发率低,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of western medicine plus Suhuangzhike decoction on patients with allergic cough.Methods 182 cases of allergic cough diagnosed in Ziyang street community service center from January 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(treated with western medicine plus Suhuangzhike decoction)and control group(treated by western medicine of anti infection,relieving cough and asthma,reducing airway hyperresponsiveness).Effects of two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of observation group(93.4%)was significantly higher than 76.9%in control group,with significant difference.The recurrence rate in observation group(5.0%)was lower than 17.1%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of western medicine plus Suhuangzhike decoction was remarkable and the recurrence rate was lower,and is worth clinical promotion and application.
