中医补气活血法对冠心病患者临床症状、心肌缺血的改善作用

The effect of Traditional Chinese treatment Buqi Huoxue on the clinical symptoms and myocardial ischemia with coronary heart disease

目的探讨中医补气活血法治疗冠心病的效果及对患者症状与心肌缺血的改善作用。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月孝感市中心医院收治的冠心病患者100例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者接受常规冠心病治疗,观察组则在常规治疗方案基础上进行中医补气活血法治疗,比较两组冠心病患者治疗效果及症状、心肌缺血改善情况。结果观察组冠心病患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并且观察组冠心病患者治疗后24 h ST段压低总次数、压低持续总时间明显低于对照组冠心病患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组冠心病患者心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、心肌耗氧量(RPP)水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者在常规基础治疗方案上联合应用补气活血法可有效提升冠心病治疗效果,并可显著改善冠心病临床症状以及心肌缺血病情,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To investigate effect of Traditional Chinese treatment Buqi Huoxue on CHD and the improve of symptoms.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease in Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science&Technology were collected from December 2015 to December 2016.They were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Control group received routine treatment.Observation group was given Traditional Chinese treatment Buqi Huoxue.Clinical effects and myocardial ischemia condition were compared in two groups.Results Total efficiency of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).24h ST segment depression total number,the total duration of depression in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HR、SBP、RPP levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating coronary heart disease by routine treatment plus TCM is effective.
