超声引导下PICC置管与再改良塞丁格PICC置管的效果比较研究

Comparison of Effect of Ultrasound-guided PICC Catheter and Modified Seldinger PICC Catheter

目的对比超声引导下PICC置管与再改良塞丁格PICC置管的效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月中国人民解放军陆军军医大学第二附属医院收治的100例PICC置管患者,根据置管方法不同,将其分为观察组(超声引导下PICC置管)与对照组(再改良塞丁格PICC置管),各50例。分别准备两种穿刺方法所需物品,并选择较好的穿刺部位与血管,实施穿刺。结果观察组穿刺效果、舒适度评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下PICC置管技术的穿刺成功率、置管成功率、舒适度等均优于再改良塞丁格PICC置管技术,值得临床推广。

Objective To Compare the effect of the ultrasound-guided PICC catheter and modified Seldinger PICC catheter.Method 100 patients with PICC catheter treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University,from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the catheterization method,each with 50 cases.The articles needed for the two kinds of puncture methods were prepared respectively,and the better puncture site and vessel were selected to perform the puncture.Result The puncture effect and comfort evaluation of the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Success rate of puncture and catheterization,comfort of ultrasound guided PICC catheterization are better than modified Seldinger PICC catheter,and it is worthy of promotion.
