摘要 为了提高大电网电压稳定评估的效率,提出一种三阶段递进的故障筛选与排序方法。第一阶段通过定义电压稳定重要度指标进行预筛选,形成关键预想故障集;第二阶段结合基于灵敏度的负荷裕度估算法和最小奇异值法,快速地从关键预想故障集中筛选出严重故障;第三阶段通过故障型连续潮流识别出失稳故障,对其余严重故障采用二次曲线拟合法计算其负荷裕度并排序。该方法在南方电网静态电压安全评估程序中得到应用,应用结果表明该方法可有效应用于实际大电网。 In order to improve the efficiency of voltage stability assessment(VSA)for large power grids,a three-stage progressive contingency screening and ranking method is proposed.In stage 1,the key contingencies are identified from an initial list of contingencies by defining the importance index of the branches.In stage 2,the critical contingencies are identified from the obtained key contingency set by combining sensitivity-based load margin estimation method and the minimum singular value method.In stage 3,the unstable contingencies are identified and ranked with contingency parameterization continuation power flow.Other critical contingencies are ranked according to their load margins obtained by using curve fitting method.The proposed method is successfully applied to an off-line VSA tool in CSG.The results show that it can be effectively applied in the practical large-scale power systems.
