摘要
分析了电子节气门的基本结构及工作原理,标定了电子节气门的关键参数,设计了电子节气门的控制系统,采用模糊控制算法,在MATLAB/Simulink环境中建立了电子节气门控制系统仿真模型。通过试验可以得出:模糊控制可以减小超调量,瞬态误差较小,快速性也明显提高,稳定性增加,调节时间缩短。试验结果表明模糊控制电子节气门的超调量较小,基本没有稳态误差,跟踪效果好,动静态性能好,是一种理想的控制方案。
The structure and working principle of the single electronic throttle assembly have been analyzed.Key parameters of electronic throttle were calibrated.And a design of the fuzzy controller of electronic throttle was represented in this paper.The system simulation model of electronic throttle was established based on the MATLAB/Simulink.It can be concluded from experiment that fuzzy control can reduce overshoot,reduce transient error,increase rapidity,increase stability and shorten regulation time.The experimental results show that the fuzzy control electronic throttle has small overshoot and no steady state error.It has good tracking effect,better dynamic and static performance.The developed fuzzy controller can satisfy the requirements for running practical application of the automotive electronic throttle.
