锆化薄膜前处理在整车电泳成膜缺陷控制的研究

介绍一种应用于电泳涂装前处理过程、满足节能环保要求的锆化薄膜工艺。对薄膜产生的各类缺陷进行分类汇总,并对其中各类缺陷的产生原因进行分析。同时提出克服各类缺陷需注意的参数调整方向及设备改造,以指导现场制造。

This paper mainly introduces the application of a new generation zirconia conversion coating technology in car coating line.Such product with technical support provided by Henkel(referred to as Tectails)has been applied in SAIC General Motors Co.,Ltd.For this kind of process,some defects are much easier to occur on the ED surfaces.The process are more vulnerable than zinc-pHospHating.
