玻璃微珠填充的聚丙烯材料在车用手套箱外盖板上的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章以不同含量玻璃微珠为填充剂的聚丙烯(PP)材料和在此基础上采用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)增韧的改性聚丙烯材料为主体,对比分析在车用手套箱外盖板上的轻量化应用研究。考察了玻璃微珠的填充量对PP复合材料力学性能的影响,并对比了不同填充量以及是否使用三元乙丙橡胶增韧的材料在手套箱外盖板上应用的轻量化效果。结果表明:玻璃微珠的填充量越小,其密度更低,制品的重量更轻,减重效果更好;而适量的三元乙丙橡胶能够降低制品的密度,制品重量更轻,减重效果更好。 In this paper,the polypropylene(PP)materials with different content of glass bubble as filler and the modified polypropylene materials with EPDM toughening were used as the main body,and the light quantitative applied research on the outer cover of the glove box of the car was compared and analyzed.Looked at the glass beads filling quantity of mechanical properties of PP composite materials,and compares the different filling quantity and whether to use epdm rubber toughening of the materials in the glove box outer cover plate on the application of lightweight effect.The results showed that the smaller the filling quantity of glass beads,the lower the density and the lighter weight of the products.And the moderate amount of ethylene propylene rubber can reduce the density of the product,the weight of the product is lighter,the weight loss effect is better.
