将整车拆解为零部件总成,通过测试其VOC数值,找出影响VOC性能不好的重点零部件总成。通过提升重点零部件总成的VOC,以达到提升整车VOC的最终目的。测试结果表明:用整改过的零部件装车,整车VOC各项数据较整改之前都有一定程度的改善,满足GB/T 27630的限值要求。
