摘要
通过对塑料、皮革、橡胶等典型材料车内零部件仪表板、前排座椅和密封条,进行挥发性有机物全谱分析;同时,结合嗅阈值、气味类别和散发物质浓度,对零部件恶臭散发物质进行筛选排序。研究结果表明:不同材料种类的零部件,其恶臭物质释放量及种类明显不同;三种零部件中,前排座椅恶臭物质的释放量最大,仪表板恶臭物质释放量最低,其中,座椅中散发的三亚乙基二胺稀释倍数高达273.9;另外,零部件散发恶臭物质主要来源于零部件生产使用的原材料。
The whole spectrum analysis of volatile organic compounds was carried out on the instrument panel,front seats and sealing strips of typical material of plastic,leather and rubber.At the same time,combining the olfactory threshold,odor category and distribution material concentration,the odor distribution of components was screened and ordered.The results showed that the quantity and variety of the malodorous substances of different materials were significantly different.Among the three components,the amount of malodorous substances in the front seats is the highest and the amount of odor substances in the instrument panel is the lowest.Among them,the dilution of the triethylenediamine in the front seats was as high as 273.9.In addition,the components of the malodorous substances were mainly from the raw materials used in the production of parts.
