摘要
为满足消费者日益提升的汽车整车舒适性要求,提升整车NVH性能,文章通过对车门系统泄漏位置密封形式的论述,提出了一种以车门内板作为主密封的概念,验证了车门内板密封方案的可行性,为提升整车密封性能提供一定的理论依据。
To satisfy the increasing requirement of car comfort performance,improve the NVH performance,we present a concept of taking the door’s inner plate as the primary seal through discussing the seal form of the leak poisons.The feasi-bility of the inner plate seal scheme is verified and it provides a theory evidence for improving the sealability of the whole vehicle.
