一套乘用车仪表板正向设计思路

乘用车仪表板是汽车内饰系统中构造最复杂、装配零件最多、最受关注的模块之一。近几年来,各大主机厂对汽车仪表板的低成本、高质量要求越来越高,模块化设计和得到充分验证的工程结构是主机厂缩短生产周期(快),提高整车装配质量(准),降低总装线投入成本(省)的杀手锏。作者结合10多年汽车设计、制造经验,归纳总结出一套具有实际指导意义的仪表板正向设计思路,为后续仪表板正向开发提供有效借鉴。

The passenger car dashboard is one of the most complex parts in the automotive interior system,which has the largest and most assembled parts.In recent years,requirements of major OEMs with low cost and high quality of car dashboard is more and more high,engineering structure,modular design and full verification is the host plant to shorten the production cycle,improve(fast)vehicle assembly quality,assembly line(quasi)lower cost(province)killer.In this paper,the author combined with 10 years of automotive design,manufacturing experience,summed up a set of practical guiding significance of the positive design of the instrument board,for the future development of the dashboard to provide effective reference.
