企业在线安全培训模式的研究进展

Research Progress of Enterprise Online Safety Training Mode

安全生产培训是安全工作的基础和支撑,是提高员工安全意识、安全技能的重要途径。随着计算机网络技术的发展,基于网络的在线安全培训模式成为企业安全培训的新方式。在充分调研国内外文献的基础上,分别针对企业的安全培训模式和在线安全培训模式,从理论研究和实际运用两个方面综述了国内外的研究现状,分析了现有研究存在的问题,并提出企业在线安全培训模式的发展趋势和研究建议,为今后的研究提供参考。

Work safety training is the foundation of safety work,and it is an important way to improve safety consciousness and safety skills of employees.With the development of computer and network technology,the online safety training model based on internet has become a new way of enterprise safety training.On the basis of sufficient investigation of literature published at home and abroad,this paper thoroughly evaluates current researches of enterprise safety training mode and online safety training mode concerning theoretical studies and practical applications,and then analyzes the problems existing in the current research.The paper presents the trend of development and research proposals of enterprise online safety training mode which can provide reference for the future research.
