Finite element analysis and optimization design of the automobile engine crankshaft

摘要 以汽车发动机曲轴为研究对象,对其进行有限元分析及优化设计。首先利用CATIA软件对其进行参数化建模,然后结合ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元分析。最后以减小曲轴的最大应变和最大应力为目标函数,利用Design Exploration中的基于响应面的多目标优化对曲轴进行优化设计。结果表明,通过有限元分析及优化设计,曲轴结构的最大变形量减小了7.18%,最大应力减少了27.04%。由此可知,优化设计后曲轴的静刚度和强度均有一定程度的增强,提高了曲轴结构的可靠性。 Taking the automobile engine crankshaft as the research objects,the study has made finite element analysis and optimization design.Firstly,parametric modeling was carried out by using CATIA software.Secondly,finite element analysis was made with ANSYS Workbench software.Finally,taking reducing the maximum strain and stress of the crankshaft as object,the crankshaft was optimized by using multi-objective optimization based on response surface in Design Exploration.The results show that the maximum deformation of the crankshaft has reduced by 7.18%and the maximum stress has decreased by 27.04%through the finite element analysis and the optimization design.Therefore,the static stiffness and strength of the crankshaft were enhanced to some extent after optimization,and the reliability of the crankshaft structure was improved.
