摘要
针对评价信息为区间值直觉犹豫模糊集的多属性决策问题,结合ELECTRE-I和TOPSIS方法,提出了一种解决区间值直觉犹豫模糊多属性决策问题的方法。基于区间值直觉犹豫模糊元得分函数,提出了一种新的确定属性权重的方法。将经典的ELECTRE-I和TOPSIS拓展到区间值直觉犹豫模糊环境下,定义了绝对和谐指标与不和谐指标,相对优势指标和综合优势指标。根据综合优势指标得到方案的排序。最后提供了一种基于区间值直觉犹豫模糊信息的多属性问题的决策步骤,并进行了算例分析与比较分析,证明了该方法的有效性。
For the multiple-attribute decision making problems(MADM)with interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy(IVIHF)information,a method for MADM with IVIHF is developed integrating ELECTRE-I and TOPSIS.Based on the score of interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy element,a new method for determining the attribute weights is proposed.The classical ELECTRE-I and TOPSIS are extended to IVIHF environment.Moreover,the absolute concordance index,discordance index and relative dominant index are defined,comprehensive dominant index is defined and used for rank alternatives.Finally,the decision making process of MADM is developed with IVIHF.Furthermore,a case analysis and compare analysis are taken to demonstrate its effectiveness.
