关中—天水经济区人类绿色发展指数测度及其分析

Measurement and analysis of human green development index in Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone

采用主成分分析法,利用人类绿色发展指数(HGDI)和构建指标体系对关中—天水经济区人类社会综合发展状况进行测度与分析。研究表明:2007—2016年,经济区HGDI增长明显,人类社会综合发展程度显著提高;在HGDI中,资源配置和环境保护指数所占比重较小,经济区HGDI发展的短板明显,资源利用率与环境保护意识需要进一步提高;各地市的人类社会综合发展水平提升迅速,但各地市间发展差异较大,经济区呈现中心地区HGDI值高,四周值低的分布特点;经济发展水平是影响经济区HGDI大小的主要因素,其次是教育与医疗等公共服务投入和资源环境的差异。

The principal component analysis,human green development index(HGDI)and the index system were used to measure and analyze the comprehensive development of human society in Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone.The results show that:From 2007 to 2016,HGDI growth in the economic zone is obvious,and the comprehensive development of human society has been improved significantly;In HGDI,the proportion of resource allocation and environmental protection index is small,the development of HGDI in the economic zone is obvious,and the resource utilization and environmental protection consciousness needs to be further improved.In 10 years,the level of human society comprehensive development is very fast,but the development of different cities is different,and the economic zone presents the distribution characteristics of high HGDI value and low value around the center area;The level of economic development is the main factor affecting the size of HGDI in the economic zone,followed by the differences in public service investment and resources environment between education and health care.
