摘要
河湖水库与地下水水生态系统既相对独立,又相互关联,形成流域水生态体系。以保持水系连通性、水体流动性、水质良好性、水生物多样性为目标,协调好水生态体系治理和经济社会发展关系,是今后一个时期流域水资源保护的重要工作。以海河流域为例,分析了近年的水生态演变趋势,提出了海河流域水生态治理体系建设的相关建议及保障措施。
Rivers,lakes and reservoirs,either relatively independent or correlated to each other,form the water ecosystem of a river basin.In order to have sound connectivity of water system,fluidity of water bodies,good water quality and diversity of aquatic organisms,a well-coordinated relationship between water ecosystem and social and economic development is crucial and should be the main theme of water resource protection in river basins.Using Haihe Basin as an example,the evolution and trend of water ecosystem in recent years have been examined.Suggestions and safeguarding measures are proposed to restore water ecosystem in the Haihe Basin.
