摘要
煤矿开采项目水资源论证是控制采煤引起河川径流量锐减、加强水资源可持续利用管理的重要抓手。针对煤矿开采对黄河河川径流量及区域水资源影响的机理,从野外补充观测及数据采集、地表沉陷对地表水的影响论证、导水裂隙带发育对地表水及潜水影响论证、采煤对地表水及地下水影响论证四个方面,提出了煤矿开采项目水资源论证中取水影响论证的总体框架和论证方法,可为煤矿开采项目水资源论证报告书编制及审查提供参考。
Water resources assessment is one of the key measures for controlling rapid decline of river runoff caused by coal mining and reinforcing sustainable development and management of water resources.Based on the mechanism of coal mining impact on Yellow River runoff and regional water resources,general framework and demonstration methodologies are proposed from four respects of supplementary field reconnaissance and data collection,assessments of influence of land surface subsidence to surface water,development of water-flowing fractured zone to surface water and underwater and influence of coal mining to both surface and underground water.It may provide reference for the preparation and approval of water resources assessment report of coal mining project.
