县域空间规划及其下位水利详细规划研究——以浙江省开化县为例

Spatial planning for county and detailed water sources planning: case studies of Kaihua County in Zhejiang Province

浙江省是全国9个省级空间规划编制试点省份之一,在全省范围内按照不同层级行政区域设置空间规划体系,展开了相关探索。以浙江省开化县为例,梳理了开化县空间规划涉水内容及创新,分析了开化县编制空间规划下位水利详细规划的实践举措,以期为相关地区提供有效借鉴。

Zhejiang Province is one of the nine pilot provinces having spatial plans.Studies have been made on spatial planning system at different administrative levels within the scope of province.Taking Kaihua County of Zhejiang Province as an example,the contents and innovation related to spatial planning for water has been reviewed.Practical measures for making detailed plans under spatial planning of Kaihua County are examined so as to provide experiences to other similar areas.
